摘　　要：根据师范院校电子科学与技术专业的办学特点,我院建立了卓越电子工程师的培养体系,提出了以校企合作为主,结合师范院校的办学特点培养卓越电子工程师的新方法。经过两年专业基础教育、一年校企合作专业教育、一年到企业完成实习与毕业设计的人才培养实施,实践表明其培养效果达到了卓越电子工程师的培养目标。According to the features of Electronic Science and Technology, Major in normal universities, a system is set up for the cultivation of excellent electronic engineers. It advocates the cooperation of school and enterprise and new methods with features of normal universities. After two years＇ fundamental education of the major, one year is focused on training with the cooperation of school and enterprise, and one year is focused on internship and graduation design. The practice shows that the major goal for the cultivation of excellent electronic engineer is achieved.
