摘　　要：可持续发展的高校创新型科研团队是高校开展学术研究的主力军,能有效提高学术研究的质量和水平。目前,高校创新型科研团队建设中存在一些问题,对此,应该有针对性地加以改进,诸如保证科研团队成员结构的合理性、采用"课题制"科研管理制度、减少行政力量干预等,使创新型科研团队的建设更加完善和健全。As the main force of academic researchin college and university, the innovative research teams and their sustainable development can assure significant improvement of scientific research level. At present, there are some problems in the building of innovative research team in colleges and universities. For the better development of them, specific measures should be taken, such as ensuring the rational structure of scientific research team, adopting＆quot;project system＆quot; to manage scientific research, reducing the intervention of administrative power, etc.
