摘　　要：介绍了微生物学实验教学管理体系的结构与组成,实施方式与目标要求;素质教育的方式与主要内容;管理体系的改革提高了实验教学的质量,培养了学生的科学素养和优良作风。初浅体会到创建实验教学管理体系是提高育人质量的前提,爱岗敬业、教书育人是提高育人质量的关键,勤奋学习是提高育人质量的重要条件,青年学生具有很强的可塑性。Establishment and implementation of the management system on the teaching of microbiolo- gy experiment： components, implementation methods and the objective requirements of the manage- ment system; methods and contents of quality education; management reform and effects of quality ed- ucation： to improve the quality of experiment teaching, to cultivate students＂ scientific quality and be- havior. It is concluded that establishment of experiment teaching management system is the premise of the improvement of quality education; that dedication and education are the key elements to improve quality education ; that hard study is important for improvement of quality education ; and that students have great plasticity.
