摘　　要：八年制教学是我国为培养达到临床医学博士研究生水平的高层次人才而建立的一种教育模式。结合八年制医学生的特点,在肾内科见习教学过程中运用多元化的教学模式,将传统的见习教学模式与教学改革模式相结合,培养八年制医学生的临床思维方式、临床操作技能和医患沟通能力等综合素质,从而提高肾内科见习教学质量。The eight4 year medical program is a new education mode to cultivate medical talents with doctoral level in clinical medicine in our country. Based on the characteristics of eight-year medical students,diversified teaching mode,which combined the reformed teaching mode and traditional clinical teaching mode,was applied to improve the comprehensive qualities including the abilities of clinical thinking,clinical skills and doctor-patient communication so as to improve the teaching quality of nephrology clinical teaching.
