摘　　要：教育活动认知能力是以教育活动系统为认知对象,认识、理解与把握教育活动基本要素的能力,主要包括敏锐的观察力、良好的记忆力、协调的注意力、丰富的想象力、创造性的思维力。教师的儿童观、教育信念、教育情境和职业性向会影响其教育活动认知能力的养成。应通过丰富经验、提高认知有效性、规范行为、更新知识等途径提升幼儿园教师的教育活动认知能力。Cognitive abilities of education activities are important to teachers＇ professional development. Such cognitive abilities refer to the abilities to recognize, understand and grasp the basic elements of education activities, including keen observation, coordinated attention, good memory, rich imagination and creative thinking. All of these qualities need continue to develop in teachers＇ educational practice.
