摘　　要：在分析高校实行学分制后学生工作所面临的严峻挑战以及学分制下高校学生工作的地位和作用基础上 。This paper, on the basis of analyzing the severe challenges and the roles and significance the students-related work has after university credit system is practised, offers some tips to the working system of university students-related work.
