摘  要:数字化学习越来越成为市民学习的迫切需求,也是推进社区教育的重要抓手。本文以数字化学习推进过程中的运行机制为着眼点,剖析上海静安区在数字化学习推进过程中的运行机制发展情况,并结合上海静安区的本土特点,探讨其未来发展的增长点,为在社区教育推广数字化学习提供借鉴。E-learning has become an increasingly urgent need for citizens,as well as an important grasp to promote community education.This paper focuses on the operating mechanism in the promotion of E-learning,analyzes the development of operating mechanism in the process of promoting digital learning in Shanghai Jing'an district and discusses the growth of its future development in combination with its local characteristics so as to provide reference for the promotion of Elearning in community education.
