摘 要:数字教育资源的价值最终体现在实际的应用效果上,用户持续高效地使用是其建设与共享的根本目的。该文基于扩展的信息系统持续使用模型,构建了数字教育资源用户持续使用行为的概念模型,以中学教师为调查对象,采用结构方程模型方法对310份问卷进行分析,探索了影响数字教育资源用户持续使用行为的主要因素及机制。研究发现:数字教育资源的系统质量、服务质量等外生变量对用户使用期望确认度有直接正向影响;期望确认度正向显著影响用户使用满意度;用户使用满意度和感知有用性正向影响用户对数字教育资源的持续使用意向;促成要素正向影响用户持续使用行为,是用户数字教育资源使用意向转化为持续使用行为的关键。该文继而提出促进数字教育资源用户持续使用的建议:从用户需求角度设计和开发数字教育资源,为用户提供优质数字教育资源个性化推荐服务,创建良好的数字教育资源使用环境和氛围,采取合适的激励措施,作为数字教育资源用户持续使用的有效促成要素。The value of digital education resources is embodied in the application effect of practice teaching. The fundamental purpose is to use effectively and sustainably for the construction and sharing of digital education resources. This paper conducts literature review and theoretical analysis of user behavior, and proposes a conceptual model for explaining the continued usage behavior of digital education resources based on Bhattacherjee's ECM-ISC model.310 valid questionnaires are collected from a survey of middle school teachers. This paper explores the key elements and mechanisms that impact the continued usage behavior of digital education resources using structural equation model. There are several findings: Firstly, some external factors such as system quality, service quality of digital education resources have a positive effect on expectation confirmation degree. Secondly, the user's satisfaction is directly affected by expectation confirmation degree. Thirdly, the user's perceived usefulness and using satisfaction positively influence continued usage intention. Fourthly, the user's continued usage behavior is directly affected by continued usage intention and promoted factors. Furthermore, the promoted factors are the most significant. Suggestions are proposed about how to promote the users to use digital educational resources actively and sustainably. Firstly, the design and development of digital education resources should be based on the needs of users. Secondly, the personalized recommendation service of high quality digital educational resources should be provided to the user. Thirdly, a good environment and atmosphere should be created for the users to use the digital educational resources. Fourthly, the incentive should be an effective promoted factors, it can encourage users to use the high quality digital educational resources.
