摘　　要：切实提升人才培养质量是深入推进职业教育创新发展的关键,我们应树立全新的职业教育理念,明确职业教育培养目标,从注重职业教育人文性、加强师资队伍建设、创新人才培养模式、加强国际交流与合作等几个方面进一步提升职业教育人才培养质量。To improve the quality of talent training is the key to promote the innovation and development of vocational education. We should establish a new concept of vocational education and make clear the training objectives to further enhance the quality of vocational education from the following aspects： emphasizing on the humanity, strengthening the construction of teaching faculties, making innovation in talent training modes and strengthening international exchanges and cooperation.
