摘 要:学习是人的天赋。学习有自主学习和指导学习两种方式,指导学习就是教育。指导学习是教育的本体,即不变的教育本质,培养人、造就人和主体间指导学习的教育本质是不变的指导学习的教育本质在不同时代和社会的变化和具体化。教育本性是教育的本质属性,是从本体本质恒一到现象本质生成的不断深化和建构性的认识和实践过程。不同时代的师生关系有不同的特征,形成不同的教育本质特征,不同的教育本质形成不同的师生关系。"主客体"和"双主体"师生关系是近现代社会对师生关系的认识和实践,当代学习化社会应该重新全面深化对教育本质的认识和实践,建构主体间指导学习的教育新本质,建构主体间师生关系,提高师生的主体性。Learning is the innate talent of man, which includes the independent learning and guidance learning. The guidance learning is education. Guidance learning is the noumenon of education, namely, the invariable nature of education and the nature of education in cultivating, bringing up man and guiding inter - subject learning is the var- iation and specification of the invariable education nature of guidance learning in different ages and societies. Edu- cation nature is the essential attribute of education, the deepening and constructive cognition and practice process from the essence constancy of nowmenon to the essence generation of phenomenon. The relationship between teach- ers and students is of different features at different times, forming different essence features of education which will come to a new different relationship between them. The relationships of both "subjects and objects" and "double - subjects" are the recent features. Education of learning society should be realized and practiced entirely and com- prehensively for creating new educational nature of guidance learning. Additionally, subjective relationship between teachers and students should be constructed for improving the subjectivity.
