摘 要:目的探讨三级综合医院护士分层理论培训与考核的做法与效果。方法建立护理三级培训架构并界定培训任务,护理部层面:岗位分层理论培训;大科层面:专科知识培训;病区层面:本专业疾病护理常规、临床病案教学等。理论培训管理:根据调查需求设计培训课程、聘请在该领域最具造诣的医学及护理专家授课、培训课堂管理、培训与考核的结合等。结果分层理论培训实施3年中,护士理论考核合格率逐年提高(P<0.01);护士为患者提供护理服务的水平逐年提升(P<0.01)。结论护士分层理论培训的关键是建立护理三级培训架构并明确培训任务,结合本院护理队伍现状及临床工作需要制订培训内容,确定培训项目,加强对理论培训过程管理,培训内容与考核内容紧密结合,提高了护士的整体水平。Objective To explore the methods and effects of hierarchy nurse training in class-Ⅲ comprehensive hospitals. Methods A three-level training system was established and the training tasks in each level were defined. The nursing department level provided post stratification theory training; the department level focused on specialized knowledge training and the ward level emphasized on disease nursing routines and case teaching. The training courses were designed based on the investigation of nurses' needs. The assessment was closely integrated with the training contents. Results The examination pass rate of nurses increased gradually(P〈0.01) and the nursing service level was improved significantly(P〈0.01). Conclusion It is suggested that the key points in hierarchy nurse training are establishing a three-level training system and defining the training tasks,determining the training contents according to the demands of clinical needs,reinforcing the process management and ensuring the integration of training and assessment closely.
