摘　　要：特殊教育立法是保障特殊教育顺利健康发展的有效途径,其在促进特殊教育事业发展方面已经取得了重大成效。文中对我国近十年来学术界有关特殊教育立法的研究进行整理,概括分析了特殊教育立法取得的成就,以及特殊教育立法存在的问题和学者关于制定特殊教育立法的建议,为进一步深入研究奠定基础。Special education legislation is an effective way to ensure the smooth and healthy development of special education, and it has made significant progress in the special education development. The author analyzed the academia studies of special education legislation in the recent ten years and summarized the achievements of the legislations of special education, the problems existing in the legislations and academic suggestions to develop the special education legislation. All these can lay a foundation for further study.
