摘　　要：大学网络英语生态系统的构建,给教学活动赋予了新的内涵,教师的角色和地位也随之有了新的定位和发展,他们不仅承担着传统教学活动中教书育人的责任,更体现出多元化的趋势。只有当教师意识到自己角色和地位的变化才可能真正地融入到更优质有效的教学工作中去。With the building of the cyber-based ecological environment for English learners, the role and status of teacher are changing a great deal. Teachers are responsible for transferring knowledge and nourishing students and multiple activities. Only when teachers realize the change of their roles in the new way do they get involved in the more effective teaching activities.
