“以赛促改”的IT类人才创新与实践能力培养模式探索

摘  要:通过调整学科培养方向,增设创新性竞赛类选修课,组织学生科技协会组织,结合大学生创新创业项目和专利等形式,可以激发学生的创新能力;竞赛项目的设计完成过程,可以提高学生综合应用知识的实践能力。总结竞赛经验发现,学科竞赛能较全面地引导学生学习专业知识,综合运用学科知识,培养团队合作精神和抗挫折的能力,引入竞赛经验能帮助建立起更高效的IT人才创新与实践能力培养模式。The reform of teaching can be promoted by discipline competition. Through adjustment of discipline training direction, creation of innovation competition electives, organization of the Student Association for science and technology,combined with the college students' innovation and entrepreneurship projects and patents' activities to stimulate students' innovation ability, and to improve the practical ability of students in the completion of the project design. By summing up the competition experience, we found discipline competition can be more comprehensive to guide students to learn professional knowledge, comprehensive use of knowledge, training team cooperation spirit and the ability of anti-frustration. And the competition experience can help to build more efficient training mode for IT talents' creativity and practical ability.
