摘 要:中老年教师作为学校师资队伍的重要组成部分与教育教学的中坚力量,其专业发展对提升学校的办学质量举足轻重。目前,部分高校子弟学校中老年教师专业发展意识淡薄,学习随意性大,专业发展有想法,无办法,专业发展处于停滞状态。其原因在于母体管理层面监管的缺位、子弟学校相关制度的不健全以及教师自身的束缚。其促进路径是利用母体资源,"借鸡生蛋";提升教师专业发展意识,更新观念;搭建平台,创造机会;完善制度,重在激励与引导。As the important component of the school teachers and the backbone of education, the professional development of middle aged teachers plays a decisive role.Some middle aged teachers in the college affiliated school have professional development consciousness, and their learning is random, at the same time, their professional development are in a stagnant state.The reason lies in the absence of the regulation of the parent's management, the imperfection of the related system of the affiliated school, and the teacher's own restraint. Its promotion path is to use maternal resources, enhance the consciousness of teachers' professional development, to update the concept, to build a platform to create opportunities, improve the system,focusing on the incentive and guidance.
