摘　　要：机械专业教师能力的发展对学校教学质量的完善具有积极的现实意义,而随着我国基础课程教学的改革,机械专业教师的教学能力已经逐渐引起了教育界的普遍关注. 之前所采用的研究方法多是文献分析法、调查研究法. 本文主要以新课程改革作为突破口,对我国机械专业教师的教学能力发展进行分析和研究.The development of mechanical professional teachers＆#39; ability to improve the quality of school teaching has a positive practical significance, but with the reform of basic courses in China, the teaching ability of mechanical professional teachers has gradually aroused widespread concern in the education sector. Before the research methods used are literature analysis method, survey research method. This article mainly takes the new curriculum reform as the breakthrough point,and analyzes and studies the development of the teaching ability of the mechanical professional teachers in our country.
