摘 要:随着全球化程度的进一步加深,英语学习不再局限于课堂和书本,跨越了地理界限,融入各种校园内外的国际交流活动中,学生的跨文化沟通能力得到了加强。本文以地处上海国际化大都市的上海金融学院为例,从硬件和软件方面研究了学生英语学习的环境,重点介绍了大学英语教学改革,老师开设英语新课程拓展学生国际化视野,营造校园英语文化氛围,发挥地理优势,为学生提供国际交流学习的机会,以及信息技术和电子科技发展所营造的英语学习的"移动微环境"。作为地方财经类本科院校,上海金融学院努力探索培养外语应用与人文素质兼具的复合型金融与经济管理人才。With the further deepening of globalization, English Learning is no longer restricted to classrooms and textbooks and goes be-yond the geographical boundaries. Students are exposed to various activities of international exchange and their cross-cultural commu-nicative competence is enhanced thereby. This paper takes Shanghai Finance University for example and analyzes the English learning environment in terms of hard and soft environment. It mainly involves the reform of college English teaching, the establishment of new courses, the creation of English culture atmosphere, the opportunities for international exchange and the mobile micro-environment for English learning. As a local university of finance and economics, Shanghai Finance University strives to cultivate talents with financial and economic expertise as well as English competence and humanistic quality.
