摘 要:以286名农村(涵盖县、乡〈镇〉、村)幼儿教师为被试,分析编制包含"认知素养、适应性素养和个性素养"三个维度20个项目的《农村幼儿教师心理素养问卷》,检测得知问卷信效度能够满足团体施测和比较的测量学要求。采用自编问卷实施调查,发现农村幼儿教师心理素养整体水平较高,在"所属幼儿园性质、教师教龄和婚姻状况"因素上不存在显著差异,城镇幼儿园教师心理素养各维度均优于乡村幼儿园教师,女幼儿教师的职业适应性优于男幼儿教师,大专和本科文化程度的幼儿教师对幼教职业的认知水平优于中学/中专文化程度的教师。With 286 rural preschool teachers(who come from counties,towns and villages) as the subjects,the questionnaire of psychological accomplishment for rural preschool teachers has been compiled,which contains three dimensions(cognitive accomplishment,adaptive accomplishment and personality quality) and twenty items,and whose reliability and validity can meet the measurement requirements of group testing and comparison.Taking advantage of the self-designed questionnaire to investigate,the research results are as follows: the overall level of rural preschool teachers' psychological accomplishment is high,and there is no significant difference in such factors as kindergarten nature,teachers' teaching ages and marital status; the psychological accomplishment of urban preschool teachers is better than that of rural preschool teachers; the female preschool teachers' vocational adaptability is better than that of the male preschool teachers; these preschool teachers' career cognitive level who have graduated from college and university is better than that of preschool teachers who graduated from secondary technical school.
