摘 要:教师组织是西方国家公民社会的重要组成部分,在教育领域发挥着大作用。芬兰教育工会和加拿大不列颠哥伦比亚省教师联盟在本国和本地区的教育改革进程中扮演着重要角色,他们在组织目标定位上均体现出工会主义、专业主义和社会正义取向。这两个教师组织在相似的目标取向下进行运作,却面临完全不同的发展境遇。本文通过比较发现,两者在三种取向上的侧重点有所不同,且受到本国和本地区不同的文化传统和政治环境的影响,因此造成了不同的结果。从两者的运作经验中可以看出,社会正义取向应该成为新时代教师组织的发展趋势。Teacher organization is an important player in many western countries and they are affecting the development of education. Trade union of Education in Finland and British Columbia Teacher's Federation are both playing an important role in the education reform in its own country and province. They are acting under the direction of unionism, professionalism as well as social justice unionism. With similar strategies, however, the two teacher organizations are facing different circumstances, which are respectively characterized by cooperative relationship with the government and a conflicting one. By doing comparison study between the two organizations, this paper finds that BCTF is paying too much attention in defending teachers' interests while OAJ is more focusing on the promotion of educational equity and quality. Meanwhile, the difference in their social, political and cultural backgrounds also counts for the different situations. This paper calls that social justice unionism should be stressed more to benefit the teacher organizations themselves as well as the whole society.
