摘　　要：随着国际学术交流的加强和我国留学生教育的发展,留学生教育与教学改革成为高校教师面临的一个重要课题。文章介绍了"以学生为中心"的教学模式在留学生营养学教学中的应用,从教学大纲的制定、教学工具的运用、教学方法和授课形式的改革以及考核制度的建立等几个方面阐述了留学生营养学教学改革中的举措和经验,旨在为其他高校留学生教学改革提供借鉴。The reform of foreign students education has become an important topic along with the increase of international academic communication and the development of foreign students education. This article introduces teaching experience about the application of learner-centered teaching mode in nutrition for foreign students,including the reforms in the teaching outline,teaching tools,teaching methods,class organization and examination in order to provide some suggestions for the reform in other universities.
