现代职业教育“双主体、四联动”人才培养模式的研究

摘　　要：经济发展新常态下,我国经济在相当一个阶段,将保持中高速、优结构、新动力、多挑战为主要特征的发展业态和转型期。为中国经济提供高素质技能技术人才的职业教育,必须加快转型升级,按照现代职业教育发展的新常态,提高技能型人才培养的内涵,建立现代职业教育人才培养模式。本文针对现代职业教育发展的新常态,提出"双主体、四联动"人才培养模式,并进行了深入研究。Under the new economic development normanty, t^mna ~ c,~,~ ~ transition characterized by medium and high speed, excellent structure, new power, many challenges and so on in a fairly long period.To provide vocational education with high-quality skilled and technical personnel for China＇s economy,we must accelerate the transformation and upgrading,and establish the personnel training mode of modem vocational education according to the new normality of modem vocational education development and the connotation of improving skilled personnel training. In light of the new normality of modern vocational education development, this paper presents＂double subjects, four linkages＂personnel training mode and conducts in-depth research.
