摘　　要：在调查和分析临床护理人员岗位对护理临床思维知识需求,及对比分析临床医学背景与护理学背景的教师在平行班级教授"健康评估"课程中的护理临床思维教学效果的基础上,探索三年制专科护理专业学生的护理临床思维师资培养的途径;引进国际通用的临床程式化直观教学测试法(OSCE),采用"临床情境+多站式"考核方法评价护生的护理临床思维能力和水平作为护理临床思维的评价体系。对形成学生护理临床思维的主干课程"健康评估"的教学大纲进行适当修订,使三年制护理专业的培养目标更加符合临床实际工作需要。The article explores the curriculum of the 3-year certification program for professional nursing students through investigating and analyzing the needs of knowledge for clinical nursing posts as well as comparing the learning outcomes of teachers from clinical medicine background and nursing background on teaching the ＂health assessment＂ course. It also introduces objective structure clinical examination,i, e. OSCE to assess the clinical nursing thoughts and exam the students properly through ＂ clinical scenes＂ and ＂ multi- station strategy＂. It makes some amendments to the learning objectives and outcomes of the program curriculum to meet the needs of the clinical nursing professions.
