摘 要:网络条件下企业技术创新行为的选择,关系到企业技术能力提升关键。从知识研究的角度,分析知识状态对企业技术创新行为选择的影响,并将技术创新行为归纳为技术领先、技术合作、技术跟随、技术等待四种类型,进而构建相应模型。采用仿真方法,模拟知识状态下四种行为的选择过程,分析了企业知识状态与个体技术创新行为的变化。研究发现,多个维度的知识状态处于优势水平时,会导致企业做出技术领先行为;多个维度的知识状态处于劣势水平时,企业会根据网络环境和技术结构特性现状的影响,做出技术追随或技术等待行为,而企业同其他企业存在互补性知识势差时,则通常选择合作创新。To explore the way of making technological innovation behavior selection for enterprises in innovation network to achieve technical capacity development,this paper analyzes the relationship and mechanism between technological innovation behavior selection and the state of knowledge in view of knowledge,clssifies technological innovation behavior selection into four types such as leading technical behavior,cooperative technical behavior,following technical behavior,waiting technical behavior,and builds the corresponding model.We employ computer simulation to reflect the selection process of four acts based on the comparison of the state of knowledge and study the changes of enterprises' state of knowledge and individual technological innovation behavior selection.The results suggest that advantages level of multiple dimensions of knowledge state will result in leading technology behavior,while the inferior level of multiple dimensions of knowledge state will result in the following or waiting technology behavior for enterprises according to the impact of environment and technological development status.The enterprises usually choose cooperative innovation when they exist complementary knowledge potential difference from other enterprises.
