摘 要:针对某中型液压挖掘机工作装置下降阶段重力势能浪费严重的现象,提出一种基于液压变压器和蓄能器为主要元件的油液混合动力动臂势能回收再利用液压系统。从挖掘机液压系统观点出发,分析了该系统原理,建立挖掘机3D模型和液压系统模型,并进行联合仿真。仿真结果表明:该系统一方面可以降低泵的功耗,吸收系统压力波动;另一方面,动臂势能回收率为19.5%,动臂势能回收再利用率为17.8%。该系统节能效果明显,可以有效改善挖掘机液压系统能耗问题。In view of serious gravitational potential waste during dropping of the working device of a middlesized hydraulic excavator, the paper proposed a boom potential recycling hydraulic system with mixed power of oil and fluid based on the hydraulic transformer and the accumulator as the main elements. From the perspective of the hydraulic system of the excavator, the paper analyzed the principle of the system, established 3D model of the excavator and the model of the hydraulic system, and conducted joint simulation. The simulation results showed: on one hand, the system reduced the energy consumption of the pump and absorbed the pressure fluctuation of the system; on the other hand, the boom potential recovery was 19.5%, and the boom potential recycling ratio was 17.8%. The system possessed obvious energy-saving effects and effectively improved the energy consumption of the hydraulic system of the excavator.
