摘　　要：分析了工程教育的特点,结合专业特点、"双证书"建设、学校就业形势,对承德石油高等专科学校电气工程及其自动化专业的工程教育本科《电工基础》课程建设提出了具体研究方法,从课程建设思路、课程内容设计、加强实验实践环节教学、建立有效的课程保障机制等几个方面作了深入研究,对工程教育本科电气工程及其自动化专业的专业建设、人才培养有重要的现实意义。This paper studies the course construction of Electronic Engineering Fundamental course for the undergraduate specialty of electrical engineering and automation in Chengde Petroleum Col- lege, analyzes the educational features and the employment situation, and puts forward some feasible approaches. The paper discusses construction conception, content design, practice teaching and guarantee mechanism of the course construction, which means much to the specialty construction and talents cultivation.
