摘  要:当下学校,关注文化建设空前,而学校食堂里的"快餐"、"浪费"、"失乐"等现象却习以为常,这需要引起教育者的高度警觉,重新审视学校食堂文化,人本化地匡正其价值与向度,课程化地架构其文化意义,通过政策"物化"、机制"人化"、方式"濡化"等策略,构成"食堂"与"课堂"的意义对接,让学生在"生本观照、人本情知、文化传递"中,从"吃好、好吃、好好吃"走向"好自由、好生活、好人生"。Presently schools attach much more importance to culture construction than ever,yet such phenomena as "quickly eating","wasting" and "loss of joy" are very common in school canteens,which needs to be highly alert to by educators who should take a fresh look at school canteen culture,rectify its values and dimensions in a humanistic way,and construct its curriculum-based cultural significance.By employing the strategies of policy materialization,mechanism humanization and style acculturation,educators achieve the significant connection between canteen and classroom so that students could,in the student-based perspective,human-based recognition and culture transmission,change from "eating comfortably,delicious food and enjoying eating" to "true freedom,happy life and bright future".
