摘　　要：大学组织在社会场域中具有独特的生成逻辑,而这一逻辑也从根本上规定了大学的本质,即大学是一个获致、集聚和加总各类大学资源的资源集合体;作为拥有特定组织总资源的一类学术组织,大学为追求自身效用最大化的大学诸利益相关者提供了组织载体。厘清大学组织的生成逻辑以及大学组织与社会的关系,进而深化对大学本质的认识,对推进大学组织变革与发展具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。University organization in the social field has its own logic of the generation and continuation, and the logic also fundamentally determines the essence of university, that is to say, university is an agglomeration of obtaining, collecting and integrating all kinds of resources. As a particular academic organization, various stakeholders of the university want to pursue their own utility maximization. It has important theoretical value and practical significance to clarify the logic of the generation of university organization and the relationship between university organization and society, further deepen the understanding of the nature of university, and promote the reform and development of university organization.
