摘　　要：校企合作是高职教育的必由之路。加强校企合作实现高职教育可持续发展已成为高职教育界的共识。基于当前我国高职院校校企合作效果不理想的现实,从企业利益分析为出发点,对校企双方合作动机、合作动力机理予以研究,以期望通过互惠共赢,增强校企合作的内在动力,从而推动高职教育持续健康发展。School-enterprise cooperation is a must for higher vocational education. Strengthening school-enterprise cooperation for the sustainable development of higher vocational education has become a consensus in the higher vocational education. This paper, based on the fact that the current situation of school-enterprise cooperation is far from perfect, starting from the analysis of enterprise interests, studies the cooperation motivation and mechanism of cooperating sides, to enforce the internal motivation of the cooperation, through mu- tual benefits and win-win, to facilitate the healthy development of higher vocational education.
