摘  要:物理诊断学是基础医学过渡到临床医学的重要桥梁课程。围绕师资培训内容、教学方法、临床思维培养及基本功的训练以及人文医学素质等方面进行了深入的探讨,阐述了改革物理诊断学见习教学的措施和方案。通过加强见习带教老师的岗前培训,提高老师授课水平,同时注重加强学生的基本功训练和临床思维的培养,并且重视医学人文关怀以及培养医患沟通能力,从而提高物理诊断学见习课程的教学质量,帮助医学生打下坚实的基础,并顺利过渡到临床课程的学习。Physical diagnosis is an important approach curriculum from basic medical to clinical medicine. This paper analyzed the pre-post training content, teaching methods, clinical thinking and skills training, and humanistic care, illuminated the reform measures and ways for physicai diagnostic internship teaching. Through strengthening the intensive pre-post training of the teachers, improving their teaching level, put emphasis on the basic clinical skills training and clinical thoughts cultivation of the students, as well as attach more attention to humanistic care and cultivate doctor-patient communication ability, so as to improve the quality of physical diagnostic internship teaching, which would assist medical students lay a solid foundation and manage smooth transition to clinical courses.
