摘 要:目的探讨心肺复苏(cardiopulmonary resuscitation,CPR)护理实习教学路径联合"以案例为基础的学习(case-based learning,CBL)"教学模式在临床教学中的应用效果。方法 2012年,便利抽样法选取在大连医科大学附属第一医院三部急诊重症监护护病房实习的100名护理本科生为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=50)。对照组护理本科生采用以授课为基础的学习(lecture-based learning,LBL)教学法,观察组护理本科生采用护理实习教学路径联合CBL教学法。实习结束时比较两组学生CPR综合技能考核成绩,以及在完成CPR情景案例的演习中所消耗的时间;同时调查学生对教学方法的满意度。结果两组护理本科生,在医护协作、组织管理、护理文书等方面的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。观察组护理本科生CPR综合技能考核总成绩优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。在情景案例的演习中,观察组护理本科生耗时明显缩短,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(t=3.46,P<0.05)。观察组学生对教学方法的满意率为96%。结论 CPR护理实习教学路径联合CBL教学法能有效提高学生的临床综合实践能力。Objective To discuss the application effect of combining cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) nursing practice and case-based learning(CBL) teaching method .Methods By convenience sampling ,100 students were selected and equally divided into control group and observation group .The control group received lecture-based learning teaching method ,while the observation group applied with CBL teaching method .The CPR practice assessment score ,time assumption during the CPR practice were compared between two groups ,and the satisfaction level was compared be-tween two groups .Results There were statistical significance showed between two groups of doctor-nurse cooperation , organizational management and nursing paper writing(P〈0 0.5 or P〈0 0.1) .The CPR comprehensive skill assessment score in observation group was better than which in control group(P〈0 0.1) I.n the scene case practice ,the time as-sumption in observation group was significantly shorter than control group(t=3 4.6 ,P〈0 0.5) .The satisfaction level in observation group was 96% .Conclusion Combining cardiopulmonary resuscitation nursing practice and CBL teaching method can effectively improve the clinical practice ability .
