摘　　要：以数据对比,就国外发达国家研究生教育体系和专业培养模式的制定和发展进行研究,并对我国当前的研究生专业学位培养模式进行分析。为提高我国研究生的教育质量,应借鉴国外发达国家的校企合作的教育经验。文章讨论了目前我国校企合作的研究生培养模式的优势、问题以及应采取的措施等,以确立适合我国的研究生专业学位教育的培养模式。The establishment and development of graduate education system and training mode for developed countries abroad have been compared based on large amount of data, and the current training mode of master professional degree in China has been analyzed. In order to improve the quality of our graduate education, we should learn university-enterprise cooperation training experience from foreign countries. The advantage, problem and measures of university-enterprise cooperation training mode in China have also been discussed, and a suitable training mode of master professional degree should be established.
