摘  要:弓网接触电阻是衡量弓网接触性能的重要指标,而接触压力、牵引电流和滑动速度是影响弓网接触电阻的重要因素。通过测试不同接触压力、牵引电流、滑动速度条件下的弓网动态接触电阻试验,阐明了弓网动态接触电阻随这3因素变化的趋势,并分析了它们的作用机制。研究表明:弓网动态接触电阻随滑动速度的增大而增大,且上升趋势逐渐加快;弓网动态接触电阻随牵引电流的增大而减小,且下降趋势逐渐趋于平缓;弓网动态接触电阻随接触压力的增大而减小,且下降趋势逐渐趋于平缓。根据试验结果和理论分析建立了弓网动态接触电阻关于接触压力、牵引电流和滑动速度的数学模型。经实验验证,该模型是有效的。The contact resistance between pantograph and catenary is an important indicator of contact performance in pantograph-catenary system, while contact pressure, traction current and sliding speed are the important factors affecting the contact resistance between pantograph and catenary. By observing the dynamic contact resistance of panto- graph-catenary system on conditions of different contact pressures, traction currents, and sliding speeds, we analyzed the effects of these factors and affecting mechanisms. The results show that the dynamic contact resistance increases with in- creasing speed, and the rate of increase tends to steep; The dynamic contact resistance decreases with increasing current, meanwhile the rate of decline tends to smooth; The dynamic contact resistance decreases with increasing pressure, and the rate of decline tends to smooth. Therefore, a dynamic contact resistance mathematical model of pantograph-catenary sys- tem concerning contact pressure, traction current and sliding speed can be established through the trial and theoretical analyses. Experiments verify that the model is valid.
