以社会需求为指导的翻译专业教学目标探索

摘　　要：我国相继在高校设立翻译本科学士学位及翻译专业硕士学位,大量培养翻译人才,却仍未能满足社会需求。文章通过对大型招聘网站上翻译公司、企事业单位以及跨国公司对于翻译职位能力的要求进行搜集、整理和分析,认为翻译专业的教学目标应以社会需求为参考做出适当调整,加强学生实践能力的培养,拓展翻译职业实用知识、翻译技能外的其他专业知识。Undergraduate degree in translation and MTI （Master of Translation and Interpreting） have been set up in many higher education institutions, which train a large number of translation talents, but it still doesn＇t meet the social demand. Through accumulating, studying and analyzing the recruitment information of translators from translation companies, multina- tional corporations, enterprises and public institutions on the recruitment websites, it turns out that teaching objectives should be adjusted properly to meet the social demand as follows： to strengthen the cultivation of students＇ practical ability, to expand the other professional knowledges beyond the practical knowledge of translation and translation skills.
