摘 要:目的评价思维导图在基础护理综合实训中的应用效果。方法将272名护理专科学生随机分为对照组(n=154)和试验组(n=118)。对照组采用传统教学法,试验组采用思维导图教学法。比较两组学生期末技能考核成绩,并采用问卷调查试验组学生对思维导图的效果评价。结果期末技能考核成绩试验组为(90.08±3.20)分,对照组为(88.72±5.33)分,差异有统计学意义(t=2.625,P=0.009)。试验组学生对思维导图教学法持肯定态度。结论将思维导图运用于基础护理综合实训,有利于发挥学生的主体地位,促使学生系统化记忆和理解知识与技能,从而提高学生的技能水平和学习效果。Objective To evaluate the effects of mind maps in comprehensive practice of fundamental nursing for associate nursing students. Methods Totally 272 associate nursing students were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=154) and the control group(n=118). Traditional teaching method and mind maps method was applied in the control group and the experimental group,respectively. The outcomes were evaluated using the performance in final skill test and questionnaires. Results Students' performance in final skill test in the experimental group(90.08±3.20) was significantly higher than that of the control group(88.72±5.33)(t=2.625,P=0.009). Students in the experimental group showed positive attitudes towards mind maps. Conclusion Applying mind maps into comprehensive practice of fundamental nursing can bring principal part of students into full play,help them to understand and remember knowledge and skills systematically,and thus improve their skills and learning outcomes.
