大学生对学习权的认知特点及其对策分析

摘　　要：采用问卷调查法与实验法,从权利主体意识与权利维护意识两个维度考察了300名大学生对学习权的认知特点。研究结果表明:大学生的学习权主体意识与维护意识存在显著的相关;大学生对学习权的主体意识较为薄弱;大学生对学习权的认知以学习自由权为主;在学习权的维护态度上因主体不同而存在差异性反应。在此基础上,从立法、学校、学生角度探讨了维护大学生学习权的几点对策。This research measured 300 students＇ cognitive characteristics of learning fight under the dimensions of subjective con-sciousness right and maintained consciousness right by questionnaires and experiment methods. The results of the survey are as follows ：firstly, there is a significant correlation between subjective consciousness fight and maintained consciousness fight; secondly, the col-lege students ＇ subjective consciousness fight is weak ; thirdly, the learning liberty is considered as the core of college students ＇ learningright; fourthly, according to different main body, there is different maintained attitude to learning fight. Based on those results, severaleducational strategies have been given from the angle of legislature, university and students.
