摘　　要：高职院校教师是高职育人工作的主力军。作为一线教学人员,高职院校教师的思想政治素质,及人生观、价值观、世界观对大学生的成长、成才具有深远的影响。了解、掌握当代高职院校教师的思想政治现状,重视与解决其思想政治现状存在的问题,对于新时期提高高职院校教师队伍自身政治素质和业务能力,提高高校教学质量,促进大学生全面发展具有重要意义。Teachers in higher vocational colleges are the main force of higher vocational education work. As the first line teaching personnel, the ideological and political quality, the outlook on life, values, and world view of higher vocational teachers have a profound effect on growth and success of college students. The knowledge and grasp of the contemporary ideological and political status of higher vocational teachers, the value and solution of the problems in the ideological and political situation are important to improve political quality and professional ability of higher vocational teachers in the new period, to improve the quality of teaching, and to promote college students’ all-round development.
