行业特色院校本科生拔尖创新人才培养的探讨

摘　　要：拔尖创新人才的培养在一些高水平研究型大学已经进行了很多尝试,行业特色院校是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,应该有所作为。文章通过查阅国内外相关文献,厘清拔尖创新人才的历史发展脉络,从行业特色院校培养拔尖创新人才的必然性与紧迫性、培养类型与规格、提高培养质量的实施策略等问题进行探讨,通过对行业特色院校本科拔尖创新人才培养的实践分析、理论透视,提出可供借鉴的策略和建议。The cultivation of outstanding innovative undergraduates is a hot topic concerning education. In recent years, a number of top research universities have made interesting discoveries in their attempts to cultivating outstanding innovative undergraduates. Industry-based colleges are also an important part of China＇s higher education. On the basis of related research both home and abroad, this paper makes clear the historical development of cultivating outstanding innovative undergraduates. It then discusses the necessity and urgency of cultivating outstanding innovative undergraduates, cultivation genres and standards, and implementation strategies of improving cultivation qualities at these colleges, in hope o{ proposing some {easible strategies through experience and theory analysis.
