摘  要:研究目的:为研究差动装置对高速道岔尖轨转换力及不足位移的影响,本文基于有限元理论,建立能够分析差动装置对高速道岔尖轨转换影响的计算模型,分析差动装置对尖轨不足位移的调整作用,以及使用差动装置调整尖轨不足位移后,尖轨转换的扳动力及不足位移的变化规律。研究结论:(1)差动装置对尖轨不足位移的调整效果明显,尖轨的最大不足位移值由1.64 mm降低为0.49 mm;(2)仿真计算尖轨不足位移调整后的6次扳动过程,尖轨最大不足位移没有发生明显的反弹现象;(3)尖轨不足位移调整后,由于尖轨线形的改变,扳动力发生较大幅度的降低;(4)相比传统的尖轨不足位移调整方法,差动装置对高速道岔尖轨不足位移的调整效果较好;(5)该研究结论能够指导高速道岔的尖轨不足位移调整工作。Research purposes: In order to research the effect of the differential motion device on the switching force and scant displacement of switch rail at high speed turnout, a model which could analyze the effect of differential motion device on the switching of high - speed turnout based on the finite element theory. The role of scant displacement adjustment of switch rail was analyzed. The variation of switching force and scant displacement was analyzed after the adjustment of scant displacement using the differential motion device. Research conclusions: ( 1 ) The effect of scant displacement adjustment using differential motion device is significant, the maximum scant displacement is decreased from 1.64ram to 0.49mm. (2) A total six switching process was calculated after the scant displacement adjustment of switch rail, and the scant displacement is not rebounded. (3) After the adjustment of scant displacement, the switching force is decreased significantly for the alignment change of switch rail. (4) The adjustment effect method of scant displacement using the differential motion device is better compared with traditional methods. (5)The research of differential motion device can provide a good guidance for the adjustment of scant displacement in high - speed turnout.
