摘  要:根据高职食品加工专业技术人才培养的理论、实践和技能要求,从实际及现状出发,以厦门海洋职业技术学院食品加工专业人才培养为例,探讨基于校企合作的培养要求、分段式食品加工技术人才培养模式、课程改革、师资队伍建设、实训基地建设,以期提高教学质量和培养学生的实践能力,凸显高职食品加工技术人才的培养特色,通过校企合作平台培养行业紧缺的技术人才。According to the requirement of theory, practice, and skills for food processing specialty technical professionals in vocational colleges, taking the cultivation of food processing specialty in Xiamen Ocean Vocational College as an example, the cultivation requirements, divided step for cultivating mode, curriculum reform, teacher team construction, and training base construction was discussed on the basis of the cooperation of college and enterprises. The aim was to improve the quality of teaching and training students'practical ability, and highlight the characteristics of food processing technician' s cultivation in vocational colleges. The platform of the cooperation of college and enterprises cultivated the industry shortage technicians.
