摘  要:为了改善西藏医疗卫生条件,提高西藏各族人民群众的健康水平,结合西藏本土风俗及医疗现状,对西藏山南40名ICU护士进行了培训,要点为根据当地病种特点,合理选择案例;制订理论及临床实践培训内容;制订相应的护士考核标准;定期开展"典故"重现讨论会,学员集体讨论,相互点评,自我反思。导师强调、总结,最终加深学员对相关知识的认识,避免护理错误的发生;定期开展"学员-导师"双向式反馈会议,通过学员-导师相互沟通交流,客观指出双方的不足之处,分析原因并持续改进。通过此次培训,大大提高了ICU护士理论知识及临床实践技能水平,激发了学员学习的兴趣,培养了学员发现并解决问题的能力。同时,增强了护士团队协作能力,提高了培训质量。该培训方法与传统跟班培训模式相比,更适用于临床护士培训。In order to improve the medical and health conditions in Tibet,promote the health qualities for the local people,specialized nursing training for ICU nurses was conducted according to indigenous custom and medical health conditions in Shannan Prefecture of Tibet. The training contents included five aspects: selecting cases prop- erly according to local disease spectrum; fommlating training contents of theoretical and clinical practice; laying down nursing examination standards; holding case-based analysis in order to identify ICU nurses' mistakes and avoid reoccurrence; organizing regular meetings for students and teachers to communicate and point out mutual de- ficiencies and keep continual improvement. Through this training,theoretical knowledge and clinical practice skills of ICU nurses were improved greatly,and students' learning interests were stimulated,and students' abilities of iden- tifying and solving problems were also cultivated. Moreover,this training strengthened teamwork abilities and im- proved quality of training. Compared with traditional training mode,the training method of case-based learning com- bined with objective structured clinical examinations was more suitable for clinical training for nurses.
