摘  要:慕课(massive open online course,MOOC)的崛起开启了学习方式的革命,必将对未来教育发展产生极其深远的影响。虽然MOOC与传统教学相比具有一定的优势,但现阶段也存在辍学率高、教学效果认证难等明显的缺陷。面对席卷全球的MOOC浪潮,我国高等医学院校应把握好有所为有所不为的原则:首先,我国高等医学院校应适时适度引进MOOC教学;其次,应把握好分类进行、稳步推进的原则,以"微课程"建设为切入点,逐步加大MOOC制作力度;最后,将MOOC平台与传统课堂教学作为一个整体来规划和发展,互相取长补短,培养更多具有可持续发展能力的高素质医学人才。The rising of massive open online course (MOOC) turns on a new round of study revolution, which has a profound influence on future education development. Although the MOOC has certain advantages compared with traditional education, obvious defects including higher dropout rate and certification problem concerning education effect still exist currently. China higher medical universities should take the commission and omission principle when facing the MOOC tide sweeping the world. Firstly, China higher medical universities should introduce MOOC education timely and moderately. Secondly, the universities should produce more MOOC curriculums gradually based on the "microlecture" constructions under the principle of "different discipline, different rate of progress". Thirdly, the development of both MOOC platform and traditional class education should be planned as a whole for learning from each others' strong points and closing the gap, so as to cultivate more high-quality medical talents possessing sustainable development capability.
