摘  要:高校的课堂教学的质量直接关系到高校人才培养。基于地方应用型本科高校的发展契机,以"制冷技术与冷库设计"课程教学为例,采取"翻转课堂"的教学方式对课程教学改革进行初步探索。翻转课堂是基于现代多媒体技术将传统的"课上教学"和"课下活动"进行互换和结合,以期激发学生学习兴趣,培养学生自主学习能力,解决现实中学生被动接受理论知识、学习积极性差、为考试而学习的现象,促进学生个人素质的全面发展。Classroom teaching in colleges and universities is directly related to the quality of talent training. Bases on the development opportunity of the local application-oriented university, the paper adopted flipped classroominto the teaching reform plan for preliminary exploration and take the Refrigeration Technology and Cold Storage design course for example.Flipped classroom is the classroom that exchang and combine the"teaching in class"and"activities after class"bases on modern multimedia technology. Adopting flipped classroom into teaching reform aim at stimulating students interest in learning,cultivating students' autonomous learning ability,solving the phenomenon of students' passively accept theory knowledge,poor learning initiative and studying for exams as well as promoting the all-round development of students' personal quality.
