摘 要:在船舶基座结构中设计了粘贴粘弹性阻尼层、插入空心阻振结构和填充颗粒等单一减振结构及多种复合减振结构基座结构振动加速度导纳为评价指标,采用振动传递实验对比研究了各种减振方式的减振效果。实验结果表明,粘贴阻尼层在分析频率内减振效果明显,最大减振效果达到了10 d B;在基座结构中简单地插入阻振结构,不仅没有阻振效果,反而使得振动增强;复合减振结构的减振效果优于单一减振结构,所设计的复合减振方案的减振效果达到14.05 d B。研究成果对船舶基座结构声学设计具有参考价值。The single vibration reduction structure method such as pasting viscoelastic damping layer, inserting hollow blocking masses and filling particles in the blocking masses and varieties of composite vibration reduction structures methods were designed to reduce the vibration transmission of ship pedestal structure. Taking the acceleration admittance of the measure point as the evaluation criterion, the vibration reduction effect of different vibration reduction methods was comparatively studied by vibration transfer experiment. The results indicate that the vibration reduction effect is obvious in the analysis frequency when pasting viscoelastic damping layer and the maximal vibration reduction effect reached lO dB;Inserting the hollow blocking masses simply makes no vibration reduction effect, even strengthens the vibration; the vibration reduction effect of composite vibration reduction structure is better than single vibration reduction structure, and the vibration reduction effect of composite vibration reduction method designed reached 14.05 dB. The results have reference valuable to the ship pedestal structure acoustic design.
