摘  要:目前,依托微课形式的翻转课堂构建正逐步为人认可并被日益广泛采用。微课聚焦于精心设计的教学视频,在选题价值、教学导入、教学主线、教学方式、教学总结等方面体现出与其他方式的明显差异。微课大赛参赛乃至获奖作品在为微课制作提供形象直观样例的同时,也积极拓展了制作思路、技术与方法,反响热烈且效果明显。以公安院校为代表的特色鲜明的高等教育因其自身固有的职业性特征,十分贴合微课式翻转课堂教学方法,与其自然而然产生向心吸引。选取代表性微课大赛作品予以分析评价,以提升教学质量为出发点与归宿,关注翻转课堂创新实践方法,讨论职业特色教育与现代信息技术交互融合技巧,为信息时代教育模式改革提供良好建议。Currently,the flipped classroom based on the micro-course is being recognized progressively with increasing widespread application,which focuses on the elaborate teaching video and exhibits clear difference from conventional teaching methods in such aspects as the value of the topic as well as the leadin,the mainline,methods and summarization of the teaching.The entries and even the awards-winning works of the micro-course competition provide a visual sample for us,meanwhile expanding the idea,technique and methodology in a positive momentum with warm responses and obvious effects.Represented by the public security education,the distinctive higher education,due to its inherent profession-oriented feature,corresponds extremely to the flipped classroom.Thus,the centripetal attraction is naturally born between them.Taking the enhancement of the teaching quality as the starting point as well as the destination,the paper,after the analysis and evaluation of the selected and typical works of the microcourses competition,focuses on innovative practice of the flipped classroom and probes into the integration of the profession-oriented education and the modern information technology,offering sound proposals for the reform of the mode of education in the information era.
