摘  要:评教作为高校建设的重要内容,受到越来越多的重视。随着评教制度的发展,技术化倾向也越发明显,这导致了评教作为工具异化为目的,导致作为评教主体的教师和学生合谋,形成"心理契约",不能反映真实的教学状况。制度创新是应对评教异化的策略,应该坚持正确的评教观,引起立体的评教体系,推进教师教学的持续改进。Student Evaluation of course teaching as an important part of university teaching construction gets more and more attention in today's China higher education.With the development of the system of evaluation,the tendency of technology becomes more and more apparent,which leads to a tool of alienation for the purpose,forming a"psychological contract"between the students and teachers that can not reflects the real teaching situation.System innovation is a strategy to deal with the alienation.We should adhere to the correct evaluation concept,try to set up a three-dimensional evaluation system,thus to promote the continuous improvement of the teaching.
