摘　　要：结构性矛盾是民生问题研究的切入点。在教育问题中,普通教育与职业教育的结构失衡是结构性矛盾的突出表现之一,其中包含了人才培养的类型、规模和层次等方面的问题。普通教育与职业教育结构性矛盾的产生既有历史上的原因,也有现实社会中的根据。构建科学的教育体制、规划职业教育与普通教育的融通、培养理论与实践结合的高素质人才、实现企业与学校齐心协力参与人才培养是解决普通教育与职业教育结构性矛盾的重要方面。The structural contradiction is the entry point to research the problem of people's wellbeing. The structure imbalance between the general education and occupation education is one of the outstanding performances, including the type, size and level of personnel training. The structural contradiction between ordinary education and occupation education has history reason and realistic society reason. Solving the problem from three important aspects:Constructing scientific education system, planning the combination between vocational education and general education, cultivating high-quality talent of combination theory with practice, realizing enterprise and school to participate in the personnel training.
