摘　　要：大学校长领导力发展影响学校发展,探讨大学校长领导力发展的分析模型,对大学校长领导力的实现有重要的现实意义。大学校长领导力发展分析模型由分析框架和分析方法两部分组成:分析框架包括适应外部环境的规定性和不断提升自我内生性两方面;分析方法包括理性主义方法和解释性方法,二者有着独立的分析方法步骤。大学校长领导力实现与发展的机制是精神文化在组织机构中的体现,是影响大学可持续发展的关键环节。University President leadership development is closely related to the development of the university. Therefore, it is of practical importance to discuss the university president leadership development analysis model for the realization of the university president leadership. The present model is composed of an analysis framework and analysis method. The analysis framework refers to adapting to the external environment regulation and continuously improving self-generating. Each of these two has an independent analysis procedure. This paper argues that the university principal leadership realization and development mechanism are parts of the university culture that manifest themselves in administration.
