基于课程标准的区域学业质量差异化评价研究与实践——来自广东省珠海市义务教育综合评价改革的案例

摘　　要：为了尊重学生个体差异,使考试分数失去排序基础,将试卷进行了差异化设置;为提高测量工具的准确性,实践了从课程标准中提炼测量标准;为引导学校关注学生行为习惯的养成教育,开启了大规模行为规范问卷考查;借鉴PISA经验,通过"测试+问卷"探寻影响学业质量的因素,获取成绩形成的途径和付出的代价,引导区域学业质量向"绿色GDP"时代迈进。珠海市开展的学业评价改革对落实体现国家意志的课程标准有积极促进作用,为开启学生综合素质评价提供了实践指南。In order to give the individual difference due respect and render the test score ranking groundless, we set the papers differently. To improve the accuracy of the measurement tool, we practiced extracting it from the curriculum criteria. To call schools＇ attention on students＇ behavioral habits development education, we carried out a questionnaire survey on the code of conduct on a large scale. Learning from PISA, we searched for factors that will influence the learning quality through the ＂test ＋ questionnaire＂ method and tried to get the way how a score is formed and how much it costs, guiding the regional learning quality to stride forward to the ＂green GDP＂ era. The reform of the education in Zhuhai city has a positive effect on the implementation of the curriculum criteria which demonstrate the national willpower and provides a guideline for the evaluation on students＇ comprehensive qualities.
