摘　　要：文章对化学实验课教学过程中,教师应具备的能力、教学环节中应注意的问题,进行了较为详尽的探讨。提出实验课教师要具有坚实的理论基础;熟练的技能技巧;严谨的治学态度及善于运用演示手段和多媒体技术。提高实验课教学质量的具体措施,应将重点放在实验课的讲授、课堂中的巡回指导、课后小结及实验报告的批改等方面。The paper is devoted to discuss the ability experimental teachers should possess and details should pay attention to during the teaching process of chernistry experiment course. The experimental teachers should have a solid theoretical foundation, masterly skills, and rigorous attitude of scholarship and should be good at using demonstration skills and multimedia technology. Among practical measures for improving teaching quality of experiment course, in class lecture, class touring guide, summary after class and the correction of the experimental report are the key points.
