校企合作培养能源与动力工程专业人才工程创新能力的研究与实践

摘　　要：邵阳学院能源与动力工程专业在校企合作培养学生工程创新能力方面进行了研究探索,制订了新的本科人才培养方案和符合工程创新能力人才培养的课程体系,搭建了长期稳定多元化的校企合作一体化的人才培养基地,建立了基础应用训练-综合应用训练-工程应用训练-创新意识培养四阶层的实践教学新体系,推出了学校、企业共同参与的工程创新能力培养规范,为培养地方工科院校大学生工程创新能力提供了一条新途径。Cooperating with school-enterprise, School of Energy and Power Engineering in Shaoyang University carries out tile research on cultivating the engineering innovation ability of students.In order to provide a new path for cultivating the engineering innovation ability of students in local engineering colleges, School of Energy and Power Engineering makes a new course system for training undergraduates and cultivating their engineering innovation ability, and sets up a long-term and stable training base on basis of school-enterprise cooperation. In addition, it carries nut a new four-stage system involving basic application training, integrated application training, engineering application training and innovation consciousness training, and sets norms for cultivating engineering innovation ability involving school and enterprise.
